Section II <br />PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE PID <br />A. Property Included in the PID <br />The PID is comprised of the Property. The PID is located entirely within the City's <br />jurisdiction. It contains a total of approximately 417.63 acres of which approximately <br />320.28 acres are planned for development to include a combination of residential and <br />commercial development as well as the associated rights of way, landscaping, and <br />infrastructure necessary to provide roadways, drainage, and utilities to the PID. <br />A map of the property within the PID is shown in Table II -A. Legal descriptions for all <br />Parcels within the PID are included in Annendix B. <br />0J <br />
