Whereas, Senate Bill 1, 75th Legislative Session requires that the regional water plan be <br />reviewed and revised, if necessary, every five years; <br />Whereas, the South Central Texas Regional Water Planning Group has entered into the Fifth <br />Cycle of Regional Water Planning for the next five years as of January 1, 2016; <br />Whereas, SARA was designated as the contracting and administrative agency for the South <br />Central Texas Regional Water Planning Group forthe Fifth Cycle of Regional Water Planning on <br />February 5, 2015; <br />Whereas, the Parties are. within of*the South Central Texas Regional Water Planning Area; <br />Whereas, SARA, as the principal administrative office for the South Central 'Texas Regional <br />Water Planning Group, will incur administrative costs on behalf' of the South Central 'I exits <br />Regional Water Planning Group lbr the interim phase of planning; <br />Whereas, the Parties have agreed to share the funding of the administrative cost;; <br />NOW TI IFRE~;FORF, for and in consideration of the foregoing and of the mutual benefits <br />and obligations provided herein, the Parties do contract and agree as follows: <br />AGREEMENT <br />A. SARA will serve as the contracting and administrative agency for the Fifth Cycle of Regional <br />Water Planning. SARA will account for its labor and direct expenses associated with <br />administering the development of the Plan. SARA will provide the other contracting Parties <br />with quarterly accounting reports of its administrative costs. Administrative costs incurred by <br />SARA beginning January 1, 2017 are eligible for reimbursement. <br />2. The total administrative costs to be incurred by SARA for 2017 are estimated to be <br />FA <br />
