rule of thumb. The main report shall be succinct in capturing the plan formulation story, <br />and summarizing the supporting appendices. The appendices will contain materials <br />required for coordination of the Integrated Feasibility Report and EIS. These appendices <br />generally contain discussions on the following subjects if too lengthy for the main report: <br />Detailed Plan Formulation, Threatened and Endangered Species Survey, Section <br />404(b)(1) Evaluation, Public Involvement, Interagency Correspondence, and Public - <br />Views and Responses. The Supporting Documentation shall contain technical reports <br />written for technical reviewers. The length and detail of each technical report shall be <br />sufficient to cover all aspects of the subject. Graphics and other illustrations shall be used <br />to facilitate the presentation. The supporting documentation will generally contain <br />sections on: Problem Identification; Engineering Investigations, Designs, and Cost <br />Estimates; Natural Resources; Cultural Resources; and Social and Economic Profile and <br />Impact Assessment. <br />Plan Formulation Task by Major Planning Milestones: <br />AMM to TSP <br />• Plan Formulation: <br />- Prepare for and attend. TSP Milestone meeting, including at least two IPRs <br />with the Vertical Team <br />Prepare for and attend PDT meetings <br />General coordination/meetings with GBRA, resource agencies, key <br />stakeholder groups <br />- Provide ancillary support to conceptual design team, cost estimating, real <br />estate, and economics` lead; general coordination during design activities <br />Facilitate screening/identification of final array of alternatives and associated <br />documentation <br />Facilitate and document evaluation, comparison, and trade-offs for final array <br />of alternatives <br />- Facilitate identification and documentation of TSP <br />- Update report synopsis, decision log, DMP, and risk register <br />- Develop DFR/EIS; coordinate with appropriate disciplines for development of <br />DFR/EIS appendices <br />DQC responses and report revisions <br />General ATR coordination <br />TSP to ADM <br />• Plan Formulation: <br />Prepare for and attend ADM Milestone meeting, including one IPR with the <br />Vertical Team <br />Prepare for and attend PDT meetings <br />Draft AMA - XX October 2016 <br />tl <br />
