(iii) The City shall have the ability to withhold any Preliminary Subdivision Plat or Final Plat if the <br /> construction of the Public Safety Facility has not commenced within six (6) months or has not <br /> been completed within one (1) year following commencement. <br /> (iv) Sub-District Numbering. It is hereby acknowledged that the references to Sub-Districts are meant <br /> to include the area generally in those Sub-Districts as shown on Exhibit B-1 attached hereto and <br /> not the actual Sub-Districts, as they may be renumbered and relocated in the future, in accordance <br /> with Section 4.01 of this Agreement. <br /> All such Public Safety Facilities constructed on the Public Safety Facility Sites must be constructed to City of <br /> San Marcos specifications as shown on Exhibit H attached hereto. <br /> 14 <br />
