Taylor <br />Municipal Court Judge Ross Allegro <br />Director of Human Resources Carolyn Liner <br />Director of MIS Ramona Brown <br />Director of Airport Jack Doughty <br />Director of Parks and Recreation Rodney Cobb <br />Director of Environmental Health Terry Ewald <br />Director of Public Works George Boeker <br />Director of Engineering Stephen Jenkins <br />Fire Chief Dan O'Leary <br />Others Present: Melissa Millecam, Ed Theriot, Kelly Franks, Richard Medina, Cheryl <br />Pantermuehl, Mario Gutierrez, Bryan McClung, Dr. Jerry Supple, Nick Iccossipentarhos, Joel <br />Barnard, David Chiu, Phil Neighbors, Albert Siena and others. <br />Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the ten-minute citizen comment period. Curtis Gunnarson stated he did <br />not wish to speak at this time. David Darr stated he did not wish to speak. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of an appointment to the Economic <br />Development Council. Mr. Hernandez stated he would snake his appointment at the next <br />Council Meeting. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration two appointments to the Human Development <br />Commission. There were no appointments. Mr. Guerra requested this board be examined by the <br />Citizen Review Commission due to the lack of motivation for appointment. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of two appointments to the Human Services <br />Advisory Board. Mr. Guerra moved to appoint Ofelia Vasquez-Philo to fill the vacancy for the <br />representative with a degree in social service and Mr. Cox moved to appoint Marjorie Johnson, <br />which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration four appointments to the Library Board. I ayor <br />Moore moved to reappoint D.J. Domstead and Neva Lockett, which passed unanimously. Mayor <br />Moore requested these appointments be made at the next Council Meeting. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration three appointments to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. Mayor Moore moved to reappoint Ollie Giles and Charlotte Endsley, Mr. <br />Hernandez moved to appoint Gilbert Natal and Mr. Cox moved to appoint Robert Mooney. On <br />roll call the following vote was recorded: <br />Mihalkanin: Giles, Endsley, Natal. <br />Hughson: Giles, Natal, Mooney.
