Talley Williams, attorney for Springtown developers, asked what incentives were denied. She • <br />was advised that the Council denied the recommendation from the Economic Development <br />Board and anything the Economic Development Director presented this evening. <br />Andrea Lorenz, Austin American Statesman, asked if the Council could provide any details on <br />the incentives. The Mayor replied that those negotiations occurred in Executive Session and she <br />could not disclose them. <br />Bill Peterson, NewStreamz, asked if they only voted on the recommendations by the Economic <br />Development Board. The Mayor replied that the Council denied the recommendation from the <br />Economic Development Board and anything the Economic Development Director presented this <br />evening. <br />28. Adiournment. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Couch, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the regular session <br />of the San Marcos City Council at 12:10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2009.
