Hernandez moved to amend the Ordinance as read into the record by Mr. \tVegmiller and Ms. I ! L_l Hughson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Wegmiller stated the Net Interest Cost was 4.66% and that the City of San Marcos had an "A" rating in April by Standards & Poors and Moody Investments for their WaterlWastewater Revenue Bonds. The Council then voted unanimously for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency. Mayor Moore introduced for consideration reconsideration of a Zoning Ordinance. The Council did not wish to reconsider the Ordinance. The Council removed Items 9.B.(1) and 9.B.(2), , approval of Ordinances on second reading and Items 9.D.(1), 9.D.(3), 9.D.(5), and 9.D.(6), adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately.. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the t minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 22, 1996, approval of the minutes of the Special - Meeting held May 6, 1996, approval of the remaining Ordinance on second reading, adoption of the two Ordinances on third and final reading and adoption of the remaining Resolutions by consensus and Ms. Hughson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Ms. Hughson abstaining on Item 9.A.(1).
