Mr. Wegmiller stated the Net Interest <br /> Cost was 4.66% and that the City of San Marcos had an "A" rating in April by Standards & Poors <br /> and Moody Investments for their WaterlWastewater Revenue Bonds. The Council then voted <br /> unanimously for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency. <br /> Mayor Moore introduced for consideration reconsideration of a Zoning Ordinance. The Council <br /> did not wish to reconsider the Ordinance.
