Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mr. <br />i Mihalkanin seconded the motion. Mr. Gilley advised the Council the <br />, <br /> Activity Center will open in April, and these courts are under <br /> construction now. There is no funding to finish them. This <br /> $80,000.00 was earmarked for a match with Texas Parks and Wildlife <br /> that did not occur, and this will finish the courts.
