FACILITY SCHEDULE NO. 3 <br />1. Name: McCarty Lane Substation <br />2. Facility Location: The McCarty Lane Substation is located at 1502 E. McCarty Lane, <br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas. <br />3. Points of Interconnection: There are six (6) points of interconnection at McCarty <br />Lane Substation generally described as: <br />• where the incoming distribution line connects to the tubular bus between switches <br />ML -31 and ML -33 at breaker ML -30. <br />• where the jumper from breaker ML -30, passing through CT -5, connects to the 4 <br />hole pad on switch ML -29. <br />• where the jumper from breaker ML -30 connects to the 4 hole pad on switch ML - <br />31. <br />• where the incoming distribution line connects to the tubular bus between switches <br />ML -41 and ML -43 at breaker ML -40. <br />• where the jumper from breaker ML -40, passing through CT -6 connects to the 4 <br />hole pad on switch ML -39. <br />• where the jumper from breaker ML -40 connects to the 4 hole pad on switch ML - <br />41. <br />4. Transformation Services Provided by LCRA TSC: Yes, per separate <br />Transformation Service Agreement <br />5. Metering Services Provided by LCRA TSC: Yes, per separate Wholesale Metering <br />Service Agreement <br />6. Delivery Voltage: 12.5 kV <br />7. Metered Voltage and Location: The metered voltage is 12.5 kV. The metering <br />current transformers are located in the distribution bays ML -30 and ML -40. The <br />metering potential transformers are located on the 12.5 kV operating bus. <br />8. One Line Diagram Attached: Yes <br />9.
