H. Update the drainage report summarizing the analysis, findings, and recommendations for <br />Hopkins Street and for the Belvin System. Provide a hard copy of the report, along with a digital <br />copy of the report, the final hydraulic model, and other supporting calculations. <br />I. Prepare, coordinate and submit a floodplain development permit to the City. This includes <br />addressing two rounds of reasonable comments. <br />4. WATER QUALITY ANALYSIS <br />Incorporate water quality features within Dunbar Park at the end of outfall structure. Water quality <br />features will be designed to meet TCEQ Texas Surface Water Quality Standards criteria. Where TCEQ <br />guidance is unclear, the City of Austin Environmental Criteria Manual will be used. The project will use <br />non-proprietary measures where possible. Below are the services to be provided: <br />A. Coordinate with the City to determine water quality features that have worked for the City in <br />the past. <br />B. Analyze the pre -project and post -project conditions to determine the appropriate permanent <br />features. <br />C. Develop two conceptual alternatives, including cost evaluations, approximate sizing, and <br />exhibits. <br />D. Discuss findings with the City to determine the best appropriate measures for the City and for <br />the project. <br />DESIGN PACKAGE 1— TRAVIS STREET/HERITAGE DRAINAGE OUTFALL <br />S. PROJECT INITIATION AND GENERAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT: <br />A. Perform project management to include overall project monitoring. FNI will engage and <br />coordinate with sub -consultants, prepare a project work plan, prepare communication plan, <br />perform risk identification, incorporate a process and communication management plan, <br />develop critical path, project setup and invoicing. This includes managing change; effective <br />communication; internal and external coordination; and control of the project quality, progress <br />and budget for Design Package 1 for a scoped period of nine (9) months. <br />B. Prepare a QA/QC plan by major discipline and for the overall project. FNI will conduct Quality <br />Assurance reviews after each major submittal and will include monthly quality assurance visits <br />from a senior technical advisory. Perform quality control reviews in accordance with the <br />approved QA -QC Work Plan and will include the initial work plan, all major submittals and a <br />constructability review at the 60% and 90% phase. <br />C. Communications and Reporting <br />1. Prepare and submit a baseline project schedule using Microsoft Project, and project <br />schedule updates with each phase submittal up to five (5) major updates. <br />2. Conduct and attend scheduled project meetings with the City's Project Manager. Meetings <br />will include a project kickoff meeting, monthly project coordination meetings as needed <br />with City Project Manager, and review workshops at the end of each design phase. <br />3. Prepare and distribute monthly status reports via email. The status report shall summarize <br />work completed; percent complete to date for the schedule and budget; work scheduled <br />A-3 <br />
