E. Update the striping, markings and signage layouts. <br />F. Update the water and wastewater layouts and details; <br />G. Include revisions to the water quality plans; <br />H. Provide details for the known construction facilities; <br />I. Final Quantity Table with quantities per sheet including roadway, drainage, water, sanitary <br />sewer, traffic control, SW3P/erosion control, landscaping, pavement markings, and summary of <br />small signs. <br />J. Updated, final traffic control plans including detour routing plans. <br />K. Final erosion control plans and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br />L. Final Water and Wastewater Utility relocation plans, including details. <br />M. Detailed construction specifications using the City Standard Specifications and any necessary <br />Special Specifications to cover those items of material, work and other conditions special to the <br />project. The contract documents, technical specifications, geotechnical data report, and any <br />permits (e.g., SWPPP) will be bound and submitted as the Project Manual for review. FNI will <br />submit the bid form with quantities and estimate unit costs to the City's Project Manager for <br />review; <br />N. Updated Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. <br />O. Perform a constructability review and quality control and quality assurance review for the 60% <br />plans. Effort will include updating the construction plans based on comments. <br />P. Updated Technical memorandums) summarizing design decisions and documenting the Basis <br />of Design. <br />Q. Submit five (5) copies of draft bidding documents per design submittal to the City for review and <br />comment. <br />8. FINAL DESIGN (99%) SUBMITTAL- Address review comments from the 90% design stage and continue <br />the final design of the proposed repair and improvements and will prepare final design submittals at <br />the 100% stage of completion. The submittal will be in accordance with the City's Engineering/CIP <br />Plan Review Checklist and will include: <br />A. Update plans based on City Comments <br />B. Update construction specifications based on City Comments. <br />C. Final Quantity Table <br />D. Updated Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. <br />E. Updated Technical memorandum(s) summarizing design decisions and documenting the Basis <br />of Design. <br />F. Perform quality control and quality assurance review for the 99% plans.
