Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br /> Present: 8- Mayor John Thomaides, Deputy Mayor Pro Tern Lisa Prewitt, Council Member Lisa <br /> Prewitt, Mayor Pro-Tern Jane Hughson, Council Member Melissa Derrick, Council <br /> Member Scott Gregson, Mayor Daniel Guerrero and Council Member Jude Prather <br /> II. Roll Call <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Thomaides arrived after roll call at 5:49 p.m., Council Member <br /> Prather arrived after roll call at 5:33 p.m. and Council Member Derrick arrived <br /> after roll call at 5:47 p.m. <br /> Present: 8- Mayor Daniel Guerrero, Mayor John Thomaides, Council Member Jude Prather, <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem Jane Hughson, Council Member Melissa Derrick, Council Member <br /> Scott Gregson, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Lisa Prewitt and Council Member Lisa Prewitt <br /> III. Invocation <br /> A moment of silence was observed. <br /> IV. Pledges Of Allegiance - United States And Texas <br /> Council Member Prewitt led the assembly in the Pledges of Allegiance. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> 1. 5:30PM Executive Session in accordance with Section §551.087 of the Texas Government <br /> Code: Economic Development - to receive a briefing and deliberate regarding the potential <br /> offer of Economic Development Incentives to Project Humpty Dumpty and Project Enfield. <br /> A motion was made by Mayor Guerrero, seconded by Council Member Hughson, <br /> to enter into Executive Session at 5:35 p.m. The motion carried by the following <br /> vote: <br /> City of San Marcos Page 1 <br />
