Ms. Hughson stated she would like the Ordinance to specify the watering on designated days and by the last digit of the address. Mr. Gilley stated the designated days for watering were Tuesdays and Thursdays depending upon the address being odd or even. iY1r. Hart suggested bi-monthly watering. Ms. Hughson moved to amend Chapter 86, Division 2, Section ,-- 86.061 (b) (1) a. 1. to read as follows: ". . .pennitted only on the second and fourth Tuesdays of ' L: each month for buildings and premises with even-numbered addresses, and only on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month for buildings and premises with odd-numbered addresses. . ." and ,Mr. Mihalkarun seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Mihalkarun, Hughson, Hart, Moore, Cox. . . NAY: Guerra, Hernandez. ABSTAIN": None. Mark Taylor stated several other amendments needed to be made. He stated in Section (b) (1) a. 4. to read as follows: "... watering management plan approved by the city manager. . ." and to add a new Section 4. which would add the penalty language to this Ordinance and change the current Section 4 to Section 5. Ms. Hughson moved to amend the Ordinance as Mr. Taylor read into the record and wk. iYfihaIkanin seconded the motion.
