One other appeal is <br />possible, but Mr. Taylor did not think they would pursue it. <br />Mayor Morris introduced the City Council's Report. The City Council had no report. <br />Mayor Morris introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section <br />551.071, to discuss pending litigation (Barshop vs. Medina County U.W.C.D.; Sierra Club vs. <br />Babbit; Sharp vs. Civil Service Commission; Tamez vs. City of San Marcos) and matters where <br />the City Attorney's ethical duty to the City clearly conflicts with Government Code Chapter 551 <br />(GBRA Surface Water Contract; Comanche Street/LBJ Drive right-of-way status). Mr. Guerra <br />moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 9:47 p.m. and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br />Mr. Guerra moved to reconvene at 10:47 p.m. and Mr. Hernandez seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:48 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Mooney and seconded by Mr. <br />Guerra. <br /> <br />Billy G.
