Section 570.614; (g) All applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C.7401-7671q), and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387, as amended. (h) Mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (PUB L 94-163, 89 Stat. 871) codified at 42 U.S.C.A. Section 6321 et seq.; (i) National Environmental Policy Act ("NEPA") including Environmental Protection Agency regulations (40 C.F.R. Part 15), applicable HUD regulations set forth in 24 C.F.R. Parts 50 and 58 including authorities cited therein, and National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, including Federal Historic Preservation Regulations (36 C.F.R. Part 800), which require environmental clearance of federal aid projects; and in connection with NEPA requirements, Consultant is responsible for the preparation of NEPA documents required for environmental clearance of the Project covered hereunder; 0) 24 C.F.R. Section 5.105, including applicable authorities cited therein, as well as applicable provisions of 24 C.F.R. Part 58, including Section 58.5 and applicable authorities cited therein and Section 58.6 and applicable authorities cited therein. ARTICLE 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 10.1 This Agreement is governed by the law of the State of Texas. This Agreement is to be performed in Hays County and exclusive venue for any dispute arising under this Agreement is in Hays County, Texas.
