1.1.3 Prepare presentation materials for City management, City Council and the public which <br />includes the Consultant produced GIS database for City use and Consultant produced maps and <br />graphics in hardcopy format. <br />1. 1.4 Prepare and submit a draft Study report. <br />1.1.5 Make no more than three (3) presentations of the material developed <br />1.1.6 Respond to comments from the City for incorporation into the final Study. Prepare and <br />provide seven (7) copies of the final report in hardcopy format and a digital version in PDF format <br />to the City upon completion of this task. <br />1.2 TASK #2—HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC MODELING INFOWORKS 2D <br />AND HEC -RAS 1D <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.2.1 Collect data for update of InfoWorks model provided by the City. This includes up to two <br />days of field surveying to collect missing information or to verify elevations. <br />1.2.2 Review existing pre -project conditions in City InfoWorks and RAS models. <br />1.2.3 Review the City's infrastructure data including one site visit. The City will provide GIS <br />data for infrastructure within the proposed modeling area. <br />1.2.4 Re -format storm sewer COSM infrastructure data for InfoWorks. <br />1.2.5 Expand the City pre -project conditions InfoWorks/HEC-RAS model (including local <br />hydrology). The expanded model area will reflect geographic limits identified in Attachment D <br />and local hydrology will include fully developed land use conditions. <br />1.2.6 Analyze 10 -yr, 25 -yr and 100 -yr pre -project conditions results (including verification of <br />existing drainage infrastructure capacity). <br />1.2.7 Conduct Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) on pre -project InfoWorks/HEC- <br />RAS model (including verification/calibration). <br />1.2.8 Review previously identified projects and any available post -project InfoWorks and RAS <br />models provided by the City. <br />1.2.9 Develop concept alternative post -Project InfoWorks models.
