■ Evaluate environmental and permitting considerations, including review of the TCEQ Edwards <br />Aquifer Protection Plan requirements and coordination with TCEQ on whether an exception to <br />the requirement for a Geologic Assessment could be appropriate for the proposed project. <br />■ Prepare Preliminary Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (OPCC). The OPCC will be based <br />on available recent bid tabulations for similar projects in Central Texas. <br />■ Update Project Schedule. <br />■ Prepare Preliminary Phase Report. The preliminary report will be prepared as a concise report <br />summarizing the existing utilities, engineering evaluation, OPCC, project schedule, and <br />permitting and environmental considerations. APAI will address City comments and revise <br />report as requested by City. Deliverables include a draft report (3 hard copies, 1 PDF) and final <br />report (3 hard copies, 1 PDF, 1 DWG). <br />DESIGN PHASE <br />Meetings. Includes two (2) Review Meetings at 60% and 90%, one (1) site visit, one (1) public <br />meeting and preparation of exhibits, and one (1) SCS Permit Review Meeting with TCEQ. <br />Utility coordination meetings are not included. <br />Prepare Drawings, including: <br />1. Cover Sheet <br />2. General Notes Sheets <br />3. Overall layout plan showing sheet index <br />4. Wastewater Line Plan and Profile Sheets (2,000 LF), 4'x4' Box Culvert Crossing <br />Replacement (-44 LF), and Water Line Plan Sheet (-250 LF). <br />5. Traffic Control Plan Sheets to be included in 90% Submittal <br />6. Erosion and Sedimentation Control plan prepared with TxDOT template Stormwater <br />Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) sheets and Environmental Permits, Issues, and <br />Commitments (EPIC) Sheets <br />7. Standard W/WW Details, COA Traffic Control Details, and Standard Erosion Control <br />Standard Details <br />Prepare Quantity Breakdowns by Sheet and OPCC.
