Edwards Aquifer Protection Plan Organized Sewage Collection System (SCS) Plan <br />Submittal, consisting of preparation of TCEQ forms: <br />a. Edwards Aquifer Application Cover Page (TCEQ-20705) <br />b. General Information Form (TCEQ-0587) (Including project maps and project <br />descriptions) <br />c. Geologic Assessment Form (TCEQ-0585) -An exception was granted for preparation <br />of a Geologic Assessment under the previously approved SCS plan. An exception <br />will again be proposed. The preparation of a Geologic Assessment form is not <br />included in the current scope of services; should a Geologic Assessment be required, <br />a proposal can be submitted for this work. <br />d. Modification of a Previously Approved Plan Form (TCEQ-0590) <br />e. Organized Sewage Collection System Plan (TCEQ-0582) Including attachment of an <br />Engineering Design Report and Final Plan and Profile Sheets <br />f. Temporary Stormwater Section Form TCEQ-0602 (Including preparation of various <br />attachments addressing construction stormwater pollution prevention measures) <br />g. Various Admin Forms (Agent Authorization, Application Fee Form/Fee, Core Data <br />Form) <br />Coordinate with City for payment of the SCS Application Fee. <br />BIDDING PHASE <br />■ Meetings.
