• Boring logs with soil stratification and subsurface water levels (if applicable) during
and after drilling.
Summary of the laboratory data.
C. COMPENSATION
For the services outlined in this proposal, our fee will be a Lump Sum of $7,995.00. As noted
previously, this proposal does not include services for clearing the site for access to the boring
locations or for performing a Geologic Assessment. If you prefer that we make the arrangements
to have the site clearing done, we can provide you with a cost estimate.
D. OTHER
Client's Responsibility: The Client will grant us the right of entry to conduct the exploration and
will provide an awareness or location of any subsurface utilities existing in the area. We will
contact Texas 811 for location of utilities in public easements. Location of private lines on the
property is not part of our scope. All private lines should be marked by others prior to
commencement of drilling.
General Information: Drash will take reasonable efforts to reduce damage to the property, such
as rutting of the ground surface. However, it should also be understood that in the normal course
of our work some such disturbance could occur. We have not budgeted to restore the site beyond
backfilling of our completed boring. Please let us know if there are any restrictions or special
requirements regarding this site prior to commencing work at the site.
Our fee is based on the site being accessible to our truck -mounted drilling equipment. Our fee
does not include services associated with site clearing, wet ground conditions, damage of existing
landscaping or underground utilities beyond contacting Texas 811. If such conditions are known
to exist on the site, we should be notified so that we may adjust our scope of services and fee, if
necessary.
Schedule: From the date that we are given written authorization to proceed, Drash will have its
geotechnical report within about 3 to 4 weeks. We can generally mobilize our field program within
about 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, minus holidays) after authorization is
granted; provided site and weather conditions are favorable. If information is needed prior to
submittal of our engineering report, we can provide interim information or recommendations within
about one week after the field program is completed.
End of Exhibit A
Drash Agreement No. PG 1161277
Columbia Street Brash
Wastewater Line Replacement CON 5 U L T H H 1 5
San Marcos, Texas
