Consider approval of Resolution 2017-35R, authorizing the naming of the alley located <br />north of the Historic Hays County Courthouse between East Hopkins Street and <br />University Drive "Kissing Alley"; and declaring an effective date. <br />A motion was made by Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt, seconded by Council <br />Member Gregson, to approve Resolution 2017-35R.
