Verification as described herein will be final and conclusive except for a latent defect, fraud, <br />and/or a gross mistake that amounts to fraud. In the event verification is not final and <br />conclusive, pursuant to this paragraph, the Contractor will promptly correct any function of the <br />Software Products that failed verification. In the event Contractor cannot correct the cause <br />thereof, the City may invoke its rights under Section 7. <br />The Contractor will promptly correct any functions of the Software Products that failed <br />verification. <br />Seada System Design and Implementation <br />For both the SWTP and the WWTP, the Contractor will: <br />1.1.10 assist the City with hardware configurations at both the SWTP and the WWTP as <br />follows: <br />a) Ensure that the hardware configurations are installed properly. <br />b) Ensure that the hardware configurations automatically alternate to the appropriate <br />redundant server when the Production Server goes down as detailed in the diagram <br />attached as Exhibit D. <br />c) Ensure that the SCADA Systems (the "Systems") can be backed up on a daily basis. <br />d) Provide the City with an easy to understand diagram of how the Systems are installed <br />. at both sites <br />1.1.11 Design and Build Screens to cover the entire SWTP and WWTP. <br />a) Meet with the City and its authorized agents to determine what is required on the <br />Ignition Software screens; <br />b) Ensure that the City signs off on all screens as acceptable. <br />c) Develop screens; <br />d) Assist designated City personnel in developing test plans; <br />e) Install the screens on the system; <br />f) Assist City with the testing of the software see Exhibit C; and <br />g) Ensure that the City signs off that accepted screens are working properly. <br />1.1.12 Design alarms and thresholds to cover the entire SWTP and WWTP. <br />a) Hold meetings with the City and its authorized agents to determine which alarms <br />and thresholds the City requires for the SMS (texting or Short Message Service) <br />messaging system; <br />b) Ensure that the City signs off on the alarms and thresholds for all I/Os (Input and <br />Output); <br />c) Develop the alarms and thresholds; <br />d) Assist the City in developing test plans; <br />e) Install alarms and thresholds on the system; <br />f) Ensure that the City tests the software for alarms and thresholds for all I/Os ; <br />g) Ensure that the City signs off that alarms and thresholds working properly <br />1.1.13 User Rights and Permissions for the SWTP and the WWTP: <br />
