Section 2 <br />Aeronautical Operators & Tenants <br />Airport Management reserves the right to adjust and/or combine the square footage of building <br />space or area if more than one category of service is provided by one individual, firm, or <br />corporation. Airport Management also reserves the right to make any changes to these Minimum <br />Standards &ctated by changing conditions or circumstances, The time of operations shown for <br />each category is considered reasonable but may be adjusted from time to time as agreed on by <br />Airport Management and the Lessee in writing. <br />2.2 Fixed Base Operator (FBO) <br />A Fixed Base Operator (FBO) is an Aeronautical Commercial Operator engaged in the sale of <br />products, services, and fadlitkes to aircraft operators including aviation fuels and lubricants; <br />ground services and support, tie -down, hangar, and parking,, aircraft maintenance, and aircraft <br />rental/flight training, <br />A Fixed Base Operator shall: <br />1. I -ease from the Airport adequate square footage for a balanced facility Including but not <br />llmitedta: office space, restrooms, lobby, and other activities traditionally associated with <br />U605, <br />2. Provide at least one type of fuel for aircraft use (100LL or Jet A)- <br />1 Maintain one metered and filter equipped dispenser, fixed or mobile, for dispensing each <br />separate type of fuel offered. <br />■ For mobile fuel dispensing of each type of fuel offered, lessee shall furnish a separate <br />fuel truck or fuel trader with a minimum capacity of five hundred (500) gallons each. <br />Mobile dispensing equipment shall be properly maintained, operated, and equipped <br />in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration, Airport Lessor., and <br />National Fire protection Association recommendations, requirements, and <br />regulations, <br />■ For fixed fuel dispensing, lessee shall furnish separate dispensing pump's and meters <br />for each type of fuel offered Such fixed fuel dispensing equipment shall be attended <br />or automated so that fuel is available to the public without discrimination, any <br />unusual requirements,, or any advance arrangements of any kind. <br />
