Ordinance 2017-15, on the second of two readings, amending the traffic register <br /> maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code by reducing the speed <br /> limit from 30 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour along the 1400 block of Highland <br /> Drive, between Holland Street and Nichols Drive, and the 100 block of Nichols Drive, <br /> between North LBJ Drive and Highland Street; and including procedural provisions. <br /> 5.
