After completion of the <br /> public meeting, respond to public meeting comments and prepare a public meeting <br /> summary report. <br /> V. Deliverables <br /> • Public meeting exhibits and handouts <br /> • Approved preliminary plan sheets. <br /> • Approved OPCC <br /> • Approved preliminary engineering report <br /> 2. Design Phase Services (90%/100%) <br /> I. Project Management & Meetings <br /> • The engineer will manage engineering services to complete the project on time <br /> including, progress reports, milestones and invoicing. <br /> • The engineer will attend and document 2 progress meetings.The engineer will prepare <br /> meeting minutes including action items to help maintain project schedule <br /> II. 90% Plans & Contract Documents <br /> • Incorporate City's comments from preliminary design report and prepare plans for <br /> pedestrian safety islands (plan view only), signal poles, signal timing, pedestrian push <br /> button signals and signage and pavement markings. <br /> • Prepare typical sections, project location sheet and construction notes as per the City's <br /> standards <br /> • Prepare Item Summaries and update OPCC <br /> • Prepare technical specifications per TxDOT standards and opinion of probable <br /> construction cost <br /> • Prepare construction contract timeline <br /> • Internal quality control reviews of the plan set as well as contract documents <br /> • Prepare traffic control plan. Develop construction sequencing and phasing for the <br /> project. <br /> • Submit to the City & TxDOT for review and comments <br /> III. Final Plans & Contract Documents <br /> • Incorporate City's and TxDOT's comments into final plans and specifications <br /> • Prepare final plans and technical specifications ready for bidding <br /> • Obtain TxDOT approval <br />
