Deliverables <br /> • 90%/100% plans and technical specifications <br /> • 90%/100% opinion of probable construction cost <br /> • Final plans and technical specifications <br /> • Final opinion of probable construction cost. <br /> 3. Bidding Phase Services <br /> I. Engineer's Project manager will attend pre-bid meeting with the City. Assist the City in <br /> developing meeting agenda <br /> II. Receive, record and provide responses to prospective bidder's and suppliers <br /> questions. Issue addenda as appropriate to clarify, correct, or change the bidding <br /> documents <br /> III. Assist the City in opening of bids, review and evaluate all bids including bid amount <br /> and prepare recommendation letter for award of the contract for construction <br /> IV. Include addenda items in the construction plans and issue "conformed" set of plans <br /> for construction <br /> 4. Construction Phase Services <br /> I. Engineer's Project manager will attend pre-construction meeting with the City <br /> II. Engineer will provide responses to Contractor's request for information (RFI) <br /> III. Engineer will maintain a log and review contractor change order requests; and provide <br /> recommendation to the City <br /> IV. Engineer will review and maintain a log of shop drawing submittals <br /> V. Attend up to 2 site meetings as requested, including final walk through. <br /> 5. Record Drawings Phase Services <br /> I. Prepare record drawings from contractor as-built information and as per City's <br /> standards <br /> II. Submit full size set of CAD files of record drawings as per City's requirements <br /> Additional Services: <br /> Services not specifically identified in the Scope of Services above shall be considered <br /> additional and shall be performed on an individual basis upon authorization by the City. Such <br /> services shall include, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> • NEPA/TxDOT Environmental Documentation <br /> • Pavement widening and/or reconstruction beyond the intersection improvements <br /> described above <br /> • Temporary traffic signal design <br /> • Drainage analysis and design <br /> • Boundary Survey and ROW services <br />
