City Council is necessary for all additional services, the compensation for which exceeds <br /> $50,000.00. <br /> A list of possible additional services includes: <br /> 1. Geotechnical Borings and Design Recommendations: Provided by others. <br /> 2. Subsurface Utility Locate (SUE Level A): Provided by others. <br /> 3. Permitting Submittals (FNI / Cox McLain) - TxDOT Permits, TCEQ SWPPP Permit, or any <br /> other permits not specifically identified in this document. <br /> 4. FNI will design dry utility conduit bank for incorporation into the roadway and drainage design <br /> sheets. <br /> 5. Preparation and submittal of NEPA related documents other than those specially identified <br /> herein (Cox McLain). <br /> 6. Design of stormwater control measures or BMPs for water quality other than pretreament <br /> manufactured devices. <br /> The City will provide GIS shapefiles of infrastructure within the project area.Engineer will review <br /> this data at a high level, but it is assumed to be up to date and accurate; <br /> The City will provide the InfoWorks/HEC-RAS models previously developed by Halff and <br /> Associates, Inc. in the City's possession. In addition, the City will provide all documentation, <br /> reports, or presentations related to model development, alternatives considered, and findings in its <br /> possession; that no changes to the regional hydrology are necessary. Additional local hydrology <br /> will be determined, as necessary for select areas, and will reflect fully developed land use <br /> conditions; <br /> Storm sewer analysis may be conducted separately from the InfoWorks model, if appropriate. <br /> The City will provide any budgetary constraint information at the inception of the project. <br /> The Engineer, will complete its Services in accordance with the schedule negotiated (Attachment <br /> C)with the City and has taken into consideration and made allowance for all hindrances and delays <br /> incident to such work, whether growing out of delays in securing material, workers, weather or <br /> otherwise. No charge will be made by the Engineer for any hindrance or delay from any cause <br /> whatever during the progress of any portion of its work that can reasonably be contemplated by <br /> the scope of work, but the City may grant an extension of time for the completion of the work, <br /> provided it has satisfied that such delays or hindrances were due to extraordinary causes or to the <br /> acts of omission or commission by the City. Any such extension of time will be provided utilizing <br /> the City's Authorization of Change in Services form. <br />
