Section III <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. Authorized Improvement Overview <br />Section 372.003 of the PID Act identifies the authorized improvements that a City may <br />choose to undertake with the establishment of a PID.
