A description of the Public Improvements to be funded by the PID Bonds is as follows: <br />• Road A& Associated Utilities <br />o Road A (Whisper Hills Boulevard) improvements will consist of construction <br />of a divided arterial road beginning at the northbound frontage road of IH 35 <br />service road for 4,324 feet and transiting to a collector road that ends at <br />existing Harris Hill Road (CR 160) approximately 2,675 feet for a total Road <br />A distance of 6,999 feet. These improvements will provide road and <br />thoroughfare access to phases of the Project north and south of Road A and <br />consist of the construction of related earthwork, drainage, paving, sidewalks, <br />signage, traffic control devices, manholes, water/waste water trunk mains, <br />pipes, valves and associated appurtenances. All roadway improvements will <br />be constructed according to City standards. The Actual Costs for these Public <br />Improvements are $5,323,410. <br />• Road B & Associated Utilities <br />o Road B (Rustle Ridge Road) improvements will consist of construction of a <br />collector road beginning at road A (Whisper Hills Boulevard and extending <br />north for 2,859 feet to existing Yarrinton Road (CR159). These <br />improvements will provide road and thoroughfare access to phases of the <br />Project east and west of Road B and consist of the construction of related <br />earthwork, drainage, paving, sidewalks, signage, traffic control devices, <br />manholes, water/waste water trunk mains, pipes, valves and associated <br />appurtenances. All roadway improvements will be constructed according to <br />City standards. The Actual Costs for these Public Improvements are <br />$2,225,247. <br />• Lift Station & Waste Water Line D <br />o A proposed 8 inch wastewater line extends north and south of Road A <br />(Whisper Hills Boulevard) at Harris Hill Road. These improvements will <br />provide service to phases of the Project north and south of Road A (Whisper <br />Hills Boulevard) near Harris Hill Road. All utility improvements will be <br />constructed according to City standards. The Actual Costs for these Public <br />Improvements are $245,929. <br />wA <br />
