• Road C & Associated Utilities <br />o Road C (Susurro Parkway) improvements will consist of construction of a <br />divided arterial road beginning at the northbound frontage road of IH 35 <br />service road for 2,000 feet and transiting to a collector road that ends at <br />existing Harris Hill road (CR 160) approximately 1,541 feet for a total Road C <br />distance of 3,541 feet. These improvements will provide road and <br />thoroughfare access to phases of the Project north and south of Road C and <br />consist of the construction of related earthwork, drianage, paving, sidewalks, <br />signage, traffic control devices, manholes, water/waste water trunk mains, <br />pipes, valves and associated appurtenances. All roadway improvements will <br />be constructed according to City standards. The Actual Costs of these Public <br />Improvements are $2,332,692. Actual Costs expended as of July 12, 2017 are <br />Offsite Waste Water Line B <br />o A proposed 8 inch wastewater line begins at an existing manhole located <br />near the northwest corner of the San Marcos Technology Park subdivision <br />approximately 1,500 south of the Susurro Parkway and IH 35 Frontage Road <br />intersection. The 8 inch wastewater line extends northeast a distance of <br />1,900 feet and end at Susurro Parkway (Revised to Wastewater Line C in PID <br />Construction plans station 1+00 to 19+00). These improvments will provide <br />service to phases of the Project south of Road C (Susurro Parkway). All utility <br />improvements will be constructed according to City standards.
