• Road C & Associated Utilities <br />o Road C (Susurro Parkway) improvements will consist of construction of a <br />divided arterial road beginning at the northbound frontage road of IH 35 <br />service road for approximately 2,000 feet and transiting to a collector'road <br />that ends at existing Harris Hill road (CR 160) approximately 1,541 feet for a <br />total Road C distance of approximately 3,541 feet. These improvements will <br />provide road and thoroughfare access to phases of the Project north and <br />south of Road C and consist of the construction of related earthwork, <br />drainage, paving, sidewalks, signage, traffic control devices, manholes, <br />water/waste water trunk mains, pipes, valves and associated appurtenances. <br />All roadway improvements will be constructed according to City standards. <br />Offsite Waste Water Line B <br />o A proposed 8 inch wastewater line begins at an existing manhole located <br />near the northwest corner of the San Marcos Technology Park subdivision <br />approximately 1,500 south of the Susurro Parkway and IH 35 Frontage Road <br />intersection. The 8 inch wastewater line extends northeast a distance of <br />approximately 1,900 feet and end at Susurro Parkway (Revised to <br />Wastewater Line C in PID Construction plans station 1+00 to 19+00). These <br />improvements will provide service to phases of the Project south of Road C <br />(Susurro Parkway).
