City Council Meeting Minutes August 15,2017 <br /> • Storm System Model <br /> •Willow Creek Channel clearing <br /> • Various Drainage Projects <br /> The following project changes were outlined as well: <br /> #477—Guadalupe/LBJ Imp <br /> Added funding in 2018 <br /> LBJ Bridge @ Purgatory Replacement prelim design <br /> Turnback Negotiations <br /> FY 19 CIP will update project scope <br /> Downtown Reconstruction Phase 2—design 2020 <br /> Underground Electric Master Plan complete 2018 <br /> #678—Network Cabling Infrastructure <br /> Added funding 2018 <br /> Support for new bond facilities <br /> #31 —Comprehensive Plan <br /> Moved up funding from 2019 <br /> Plan Update,Neighborhood Character Studies, Historic Survey <br /> Chestnut Sidewalk Improvements: <br /> •Address Ped safety prior to project in 2022 <br /> •$60K in Sidewalk fee-in lieu needed <br /> • Change Order into NLBJ/Oakridge project <br /> Council agreed to spend $60K from the Side walk fee-in-lieu funds for the <br /> Chestnut Sidewalk Improvements. <br /> The following recommendations were presented: <br /> Project#415—Reconstruction of Downtown Alleys be moved from <br /> FY2020/FY2021 to FY2018/FY2019 <br /> •Requires funding &workload reprioritization <br /> • Completion of D.T.
