Resolution 2017 -151 R, approving an agreement with Pidworks, LLC for Public Improvement District Formation and Administrative Services in connection with the Whisper Public Improvement District; authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. 9. Resolution 2017 -152R, rejecting a bid received in response to an invitation for bids for the Craddock Avenue Medians Improvements Project (IFB 217 -397); and declaring an effective date. Ordinance 2017 -56, amending Chapter 74 of the Code of Ordinances to add a new Article 7 to provide a framework for the deployment of network nodes and node support poles in the right -of -way by network providers in accordance with Senate Bill 1004 codified as Texas Local Government Code Chapter 284; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date. 11. Ordinance 2017 -57, amending Section 2.370.25 of the San Marcos City Code to amend the meeting schedule of the San Marcos Youth Commission; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date. 12.
