<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />H. Obtain all licenses and permits required to perform the services described in this <br />Agreement, and will promptly pay all taxes required by law. <br /> <br />I. Furnish the City with 95 gallon carts for collection and disposal of only the <br />following office paper at selected City facilities on a regular basis: <br /> <br />(1) computer paper <br />(2) colored paper <br />(3) fax paper <br />(4) file folders <br />(5) glossy paper <br /> <br />(6) white paper <br />(7) carbon less forms <br />(8) envelopes <br />(9) post-it notes <br />(10) direct mail advertisements <br /> <br />Bulky Waste. Construction Debris and Stable Matter <br /> <br />1.3.11 BFI will collect bulky waste, construction debris and stable matter from each <br />residential unit two times per month on the same day as one of the two weekly refuse <br />collections. <br /> <br />Dead Animals <br /> <br />1.3.12 BFI will collect dead animals from the City's Animal Shelter six times per week, <br />Monday through Saturday. BFI will dispose of dead animals in accordance with TNRCC <br />and State guidelines for this type of service. <br /> <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge <br /> <br />1.3.13 BFI will collect municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge at the City's <br />wastewater treatment plant. BFI will provide for sludge removal and disposal until the new <br />wastewater treatment plant comes on line. The projected date is May of 1998. Upon <br />written notice from the City of plant completion, BFI will discontinue providing and billing <br />for sludge removal and disposal. BFI will comply with EPA and State guidelines in the <br />collection and disposal of sludge At the City's option, BFI will continue sludge removal <br />and disposal at the stated rate for any penod of time up to the expiration of this Contract. <br /> <br />Residential Yard Waste <br /> <br />BFlwill: <br /> <br />1.3.14 Collect residential yard waste from each residential unit two times per month on <br />the same day as one of the two weekly refuse collections. BFI will provide the City and all <br />residential customers with a schedule of collection dates. <br /> <br />1.3.15 Dispose of residential yard waste at BFI's landfill. At the City's written direction, <br />BFI will dispose of residential yard waste at a site designated by the City for a composting <br />program. <br /> <br />7 <br />
