Party will ensure that the facilities and equipment are secured. 'I he Performing Party will be required to • re -key, or <br />reimburse the City for replacement of locks or re -keying as a result oflost keys. III sonic <br />cases, keys will be provided to the Performing Party. The Performing Party will be briefed <br />• area accessibility prior to the contract start date. <br />E. EXTENDED SERVICE'S I JOURS/SPECIAL, OR EMERGENCY SITI �ATIQNS: •- <br />or emergency Situations (i.e., structural fire, accidents, rescue operations, civil <br />• disasters, and •; events) may necessitate the Performing Party <br />operating on an extended basis. The Performing Party will provide these services as <br />requested by the City's Contract Administrator. Payment for such services will be <br />negotiated • an • basis as they may occur by the City's Contract Administrator. <br />Negotiations will be conducted based upon the applicable hourly wage rates for the <br />appropriate employee classifications as substantiated by the Performing Party's payroll <br />data. <br />F. EXTENDED SERVICES HOURS/SPECIAL EVENTS: Special Events may necessitat�.; <br />the Performing Party operating on an extended basis. Mechanical <br />• controls fbr healing, ventilation, and air conditioning systems <br />will not be adJusted by the workers. <br />3. Water faucets or valves will be turned off after use. <br />4. City telephones will not be used for personal, toll, or long distance calls. The <br />Performing Party will be assessed $50.00 for each violation of telephone use, plus <br />actual costs. <br />1.
