Hays County Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />1.4 Jurisdictions/Planners Participation <br />Organize and Review <br />The mitigation plan updates were performed by the Hays MPC, which is comprised of 12 jurisdictions. <br />Membership was determined by virtue of elected or appointed position, or delegated as an assignment of <br />duties by elected officials in the respective community.
