REV 9.29.17 <br />The Contractor agrees to comply with the Historic Preservation requirements set forth <br />in the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended (16 U.S.C. 470) and the <br />procedures set forth in 36 CPR Part 800, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation <br />Procedures for Protection of Historic Properties, insofar as they apply to the <br />performance of this agreement. <br />In general, this requires concurrence from the State Historic Preservation Officer for all <br />rehabilitation and demolition of historic properties that are fifty years old or older or <br />that are included on a Federal, state, or local historic property list. <br />k. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES <br />The Contractor agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for <br />inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CPR 570.200G), such as worship, <br />religious instruction, or proselytization. The acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation <br />of structures used for inherently religious activities is not allowable under this program. <br />1. COPYRIGHT <br />If this contract results in any copyrightable material or inventions, the City and/or <br />grantor agency reserves the right to royalty -free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license <br />to reproduce, publish or otherwise use and to authorize others to use, the work or <br />materials for governmental purposes. <br />m.
