Mr. <br />Gilley advised the Council the City has estimated the cost o~ roadway <br />repairs to be approximately $20,000, if curbs and gutters are added, an <br />additional $10,000, and sidewalks an additional $8,000. Mr. Patterson <br />stated the Sunset Acres representative was notified, and Planning and <br />Zoning Commission looked at the traffic issue and approved the zoning. <br />Mr. Hernandez stated clustering of apartments had been the issue, and felt <br />these would be high end apartments to rent. On roll call for adoption the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />~YE: Hughson, Doiron, Moore, Moseley, Hernandez. <br /> <br />NAY: Mihalkanin. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration reconsideration of two Zoning <br />Ordinances. The Council did not wish to reconsider the Ordinances. The Council removed Items 8.B. (1), approval of Ordinance on <br />second reading, 8.D. (4), 8.D. (6), 8.D. (7) and 8.D. (8), adoption of <br />Resolutions, to be considered separately. Mr. Hernandez moved to remove <br />and for approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 9, 1999 <br />(Mayor Moore abstaining), approval of minutes of the Regular Meeting held <br />August 23, 1999, approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held <br />August 30, 1999 and approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held <br />September 7, 1999, approval of the remaining four Ordinances on second <br />reading, adoption of the three Ordinances on third and final reading and <br />adoption of the remaining four Resolutions by consensus and Ms. Hughson <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
