That he/she has a substantial interest in a business entity. Official action taken by the City <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas concerning Agenda Items 1(*; 11 on the <br />& 20-4, ?v Agenda of the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, would have a special economic effect on that business entity that is distinguishable from the effect <br />on the public. <br />2. That the substantial interest is (check the following as is appropriate): <br />( ) a. ownership of 10 percent or more of the voting stock or shares of ownership of either 10 <br />percent or more or $15,000 or more of the fair market value of the business entity; <br />( ) b. funds I received from the business entity exceed 10 percent of my gross <br />income for the previous year; <br />( ) c. an equitable or legal ownership in real property with a fair market value of <br />$2,500 or more; <br />( ) d. held by a person related to me in the first degree by either affinity or consanguinity; or <br />(v) <br />3.
