Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, at 8:00 p.m. on <br />Tuesday; August 4, 2009, to consider the follow- <br />ing: <br />An amendment to the future land use map <br />from Low Density Residential (L,DR) to L%dium <br />Density Residential (MDR) for a 0.1890 acres. <br />more or less, tract of land located at 510 Her. <br />vey Street. In addition, all interested persons <br />may speak for or against a concurrent ordi- <br />nance amending the official zoning map of the <br />City by rezoning this tract from, Single-Family <br />Residential District (SF-4.5) to Duplex Restrict- <br />ed (DR). <br />An amendment to the future land use map <br />from Commercial (C) to Medium Density Resi- <br />dential (MDR) for a 0.84 acres, more or less, <br />tract of land located at 1011 Uhland Road.. In <br />addftion,-all interested persons may speak for <br />or against a concurrent ordinance amending <br />the official zoning map of the City by rezoning <br />this tract from Community Commercial (CC) to <br />Manufactured Home (MH). <br />An amendment to the official.zoning map of <br />the City rezoning 0.3339 acres, more or less,' <br />out of the Original Town of San Marcos subdi- <br />vision, located at 119 S. Edward Gary, from <br />"CC" Community Commercial District to <br />"CBA" Central Business Area. <br />An amendment to the official zoning map of <br />the City rezoning 0.667 acres, more or less, out <br />of the Original Town of San Marcos subdivi- <br />sion, located at 101 S.
