RESOLUTION NO. 2018-122R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN ADVANCE FUNDING <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS, ACTING THROUGH <br /> THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CSJ NO. 0914-33- <br /> 077), FOR THE DOWNTOWN ACCESSIBLE TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, WITH AN ESTIMATED <br /> COST OF PARTICIPATION BY THE CITY OF $40,973; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF <br /> OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART I. The attached Advance Funding Agreement with the State of Texas, acting <br /> through the Texas Department of Transportation (CSJ No. 0914-33-077) for the Downtown <br /> Accessible Traffic Signal Pedestrian Improvement Project(the"Agreement"), is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
