RESOLUTION NO. 2018-129R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A SUBLEASE WITH COMMUNITY <br /> ACTION,INC., OF CENTRAL TEXAS FOR THE LEASE OF SPACE FOR <br /> A WIC SATELLITE OFFICE AT 901 BOIS D'ARC, LOCKHART, TEXAS <br /> FOR A TERM ENDING IN 2024; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE SAID SUBLEASE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The Sublease with Community Action Inc., of Central Texas attached <br /> hereto is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the Sublease on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
