Sublessee agrees to- <br /> 1. Sublease the Subleased Premises for the Sublease term beginning on the Sublease <br /> Commencement Date and ending on the Sublease Termination Date. <br /> 2. Provide the cleaning services specified above in lieu of monthly rent. <br /> 3.
