7. <br />Regular Meeting December 7, 1998 Page 7 <br />Mayor Moore introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Section 551.071, to discuss matters where <br />the City Attorney's ethical duty to the City clearly <br />conflicts with Government Code Chapter 551 (SWT property <br />taxes; Hays County Appraisal District).
