Consider approval Resolution 2018-160R, approving the appointment of the Law Firm of <br /> Davidson Troilo Ream & Garza as special counsel to advise the Ethics Review <br /> Commission as it considers Ethics Complaint No. 2018-1; and declaring an effective <br /> date. <br /> A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Prewitt,seconded by Council Member <br /> Hughson,to approve Resolution 2018-160R. Discuss and consider appointing a City Council Committee to review the LaSalle <br /> Development Agreement and provide direction to staff. <br /> Steve Parker,Assistant City Manager,provided a brief update on the LaSalle <br /> Development Agreement. Since this was originally approved by a <br /> subcommittee,Staff wanted to know if this is something that Council is <br /> interested in forming once again. <br /> Council consensus was to allow Staff to bring forward any requests and <br /> recommendations and no committee is needed at this time. <br /> 25.
