The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> For: 7- Mayor Pro Tern Prewitt,Council Member Gonzales, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem <br /> Gregson, Council Member Derrick, Council Member Hughson, Mayor Thomaides <br /> and Council Member Mihalkanin <br /> Against: 0 <br /> 18.
