City Council Meeting Minutes September 18, 2018 <br />of this Ordinance. <br />29. Hold discussion regarding limiting <br />the number of bedrooms <br />in the <br />Duplex zoning category <br />or anywhere else that this should <br />properly be done in the <br />Code, <br />and provide direction to <br />staff. <br />Council Member Hughson provided the introduction to this discussion. <br />Council noted during a recent rezoning case that there is not currently a limit <br />on the number of bedrooms and there seemed to be a need for a discussion on <br />the topic. <br />Council direction was to send the issue to Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />look at the Duplex zoned lots. <br />Planning Director Mattingly will check other cities to see how they handle <br />duplexes. <br />VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. <br />Roland Saucedo, asked that during the last month while Parks and Recreation <br />was holding their public meetings in regards to the the Parks Master Plan it <br />was stated the City had no site projected for relocation of the baseball fields. <br />Does the Parks department not know? <br />The Mayor responded and stated that the Parks Department has not been part <br />of the discussions related to Project World Series. <br />VII.
