Council consensus was to approve the re-allocation. 31. Executive Session In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.071-Consultation with Attorney, the San Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 10:34 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 in order to continue discussing matters pertaining to: A. To receive legal advice on the application of the Ethics Ordinance to Boards and Commissions. The Executive Session adjourned at H: 15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009. 32. Reconvene and Consider Action on Item Discussed During Executive Session. The San Marcos City Council reconvened into regular session at 11:16 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009.
