NON-CONSENT AGENDA <br />25. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-42, adopted August 4 2009, amending the future <br />land use map from "C" Commercial to "MDR" Medium Density Residential for a 0.84 <br />acre, more or less, tract of land located at 1011 Uhland Road; amending the official zoning <br />map of the City by rezoning this tract from "CC" Community Commercial District to <br />"MH" Manufactured Home District; and including procedural provisions. <br />There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-42. <br />26. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-43, adopted August 4, 2009, amending the future <br />land use map from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) <br />for a .1890 acres, more or less, tract of land located at 510 Harvey Street; amending the <br />official zoning map of the City by rezoning this tract from Single-Family Residential <br />District (SF-4.5) to Duplex Restricted District (DR); including procedural provisions. <br />There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-43. <br />27. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-44, adopted August 4, 2009, amending the official <br />zoning map of the City by rezoning 0.667 acres, more or less, out of the Original Town of <br />San Marcos Subdivision, located at 101 S. Edward Gary , from "CC" Community <br />Commercial District to "CBA" Central Business Area; including procedural provisions. <br />• There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-44. <br />28. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-45, adopted 2009-45, amending the official zoning <br />map of the City by rezoning 0.3339 acres, more or less, out of the Original Town of San <br />Marcos Subdivision, located at 119 S. Edward Gary, from "CC" Community Commercial <br />District to "CBA" Central Business Area; and including procedural provisions. <br />There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2009-45. <br />29. Report on the 81st Texas Legislative Session by Janis L. Carter, Winstead PC. <br />Janis Carter, with Winstead PC, reported on the 81St Texas Legislative Session and discussed <br />several bills that impact the City. <br />30. Discussion on the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Budget and provide direction to staff. <br />City Manager Rick Menchaca provided a follow-up from the August 13 budget workshop. <br />Topics discussed were: <br />• pending issues needing funding <br />• special projects balance sheet <br />• hotel/motel recommendation (Council consensus was to use the CVB reserve to fund <br />• conference/event bid and servicing; use the conference center pre-payment reserve to <br />RM081809 Minutes Page 7
