102 <br />Regular Meeting September 28, 1998 Page 10 <br />regarding the intermodal facility site. They are trying to <br />convert from,,CNG to propane for the trolleys. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the City Manager's Report. Mr. Gilley <br />stated with the new utility bills the City will include a <br />quarterly newsletter. Ms. Hughson requested the newsletter <br />contain the BFI collection holiday schedule. Mr. Doiron was <br />interested in a contest to name the newsletter. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the City Attorney's Report. Mr. Taylor <br />stated he was seeking a consensus regarding drafting a letter <br />to PUC regarding changing the area code of the Corpus Christi <br />area rather than Austin area. There was consensus of the <br />Council for a letter to be drafted. <br />Mayor Moore introduced the City Council's Report. Mr. Cox <br />requested a discussion item at the next Council Meeting <br />regarding the TDOT position at C. M. Allen and Riverside Drive <br />initiatives. <br />Mayor Moore introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the <br />Government Code, Section 551.071, to discuss matters where the <br />City Attorney's ethical duty to the City clearly conflicts with <br />Government Code Chapter 551 (development incentive proposal - <br />IH35 North); and Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss <br />purchase of real property (Schulle Canyon).
