0 BMP Selection Methodology Report; including final BMP selection, and calculation of pollution <br />reduction estimates <br />0 Timeline for BMP construction <br />0 Notification of Bid solicitations <br />0 Notification when subcontractors hired <br />0 BMP Design Reports <br />0 Quarterly BMP installation progress <br />0 BMP Post -Construction Reports <br />0 Documentation of completion of the Downtown BMP, including photo documentation. <br />0 Documentation of completion of the Sessom Creek BMP, including photo documentation. <br />0 Descriptive signs designed, manufactured and photo documentation of signs installed at each BMP <br />site <br />Task 4: Education and Outreach Activities <br />Objective: To enhance the implementation of the WPP through the engagement of the community in <br />education and outreach activities, including meetings, events, workshops, print materials, website and <br />signage. These activities will reach broad audiences and create a greater understanding among residents of <br />their role in protecting water quality. Efforts will also increase awareness of water quality protection and <br />mitigation efforts at the city, county, non-governmental orginazation (NGO) and other partner levels. <br />Subtask 4.1 Assign a Watershed Coordinator — The Performing Party will hire or assign existing staff <br />as a Watershed Coordinator who will assist with all implementation activities, including education and <br />outreach activities, stakeholder facilitation, and report writing. <br />Subtask 4.2 Stakeholder Meetings and Outreach Events — The Performing Party will host and <br />support regular stakeholder committee meetings to track implementation progress and identify any needed <br />adaptive management efforts. Meetings will be held at least quarterly. Agendas will be submitted to TCEQ <br />Project Manager for review and approval two weeks prior to the meeting. <br />The Performing Party will host two water quality and NPS workshops/outreach events in coordination weith <br />project partners. These events will be advertised to the watershed community at large. Workshop formats <br />will be submitted to TCEQ Project Manager for review and approval one month prior to the <br />workshop/outreach event. <br />Subtask 4.3 Website and Printed Materials — The Performing Party will maintain a project website, <br />linked to partner sites, and will develop and distribute (in coordination with partners) informational <br />materials, including a map and resources for a self -guided watershed tour that includes WPP BMPs and <br />demonstrations. The tour information will also be available online. Materials will be submitted to TCEQ <br />Project Manager for review and approval two weeks prior to distribution. These materials will be distributed <br />at events (including farmers' markets, festivals and public meetings) and will be available at select public <br />locations like city hall and the library. Additional materials will include templates for brochures, hand outs <br />and utility bill stuffers that the city, county, university and local NGOs can utilize for education and outreach <br />efforts. <br />Deliverables: <br />0 Hiring/assignation of Watershed Coordinator <br />0 Quarterly stakeholder meetings <br />0 Two water quality and NPS community workshops <br />0 Website maintained and linked with partner sites <br />0 Utility bill stuffers, brochures, handout templates <br />0 One watershed tour and accompanying materials developed <br />Task 5: Analysis of Ordinances, Codes, and Regulations Impacting Water Quality <br />Objective: To conduct an analysis of the efficacy and potential pollution reduction associated with updated <br />ordinances, codes, and regulations. <br />Page 20 of 27 <br />
